How we can work together
I offer personalised coaching designed to help you understand your body, rebalance your health, and feel more like yourself again.
This isn’t about quick fixes or one-off sessions.
This is a collaborative, client-led approach, where we work together at your pace over a course of time, focusing on what feels realistic and manageable for you.
Most clients work with me over a minimum of 8 weeks, allowing us the time and space to create real, lasting change.
Step 1: Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary 25-minute discovery call.
This is a chance for you to share what’s been going on for you, ask any questions, and see if this approach feels like the right fit.
There’s no pressure, just a gentle first step.
Step 2: 1:1 Consultation
If you decide to move forward, we’ll meet for a more in-depth 1:1 consultation where we explore your health, lifestyle, symptoms, and what may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
Step 3: Your Personalised Summary & Next Steps
After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised write-up of your session.
This will include your key goals, the areas we’ve identified to focus on, and simple, realistic actions to begin supporting your body, so you’re never left wondering what to do next. You will receive updated notes after every session.
Everything is tailored to you, your lifestyle, and what feels manageable right now.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
From there, I continue to support and guide you as you begin implementing changes.
We stay connected through regular check-ins, which may be weekly or fortnightly depending on the level of support you need.
You’ll also have ongoing support via WhatsApp, so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own.
We work together in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to you, helping you build consistency and confidence over time.
Step 5: Optional In-Person Support
Support is primarily offered online, so you can access guidance from wherever you are.
I am also based in Hertfordshire and work with some clients in person, combining coaching with hands-on support where appropriate.
Continued Support
Many clients choose to continue with ongoing support after their initial programme, so they can maintain their progress and continue building on their results.
You don’t need a perfect plan to begin.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or ready to take a more supported approach to your health and wellbeing, this is your place to start.
As a health and wellness coach, I’ll guide you through this in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you.
Share a little about where you’re at, and I’ll help you take the next step forward.

Why I Do This Work
I’m 42, mum to my teenage daughter, and like many women I work with, I’ve experienced first-hand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, out of balance, and searching for answers.
If you’ve ever felt like something isn’t quite right in your body, but you don’t know where to start, I understand.
My journey into health and wellness didn’t begin in a textbook, it began through my own life.
From a young age, I became very aware of food, influenced by family experiences and a deeper understanding of how it can affect both physical and emotional health. Over time, this led to a complicated relationship with food, where it became more about control and avoidance than nourishment.
As I moved into adulthood, I began experiencing ongoing digestive issues that were often dismissed. I spent years trying to manage symptoms on my own, feeling frustrated, embarrassed, unheard, and unsure of what was really going on in my body.
It wasn’t until a particularly difficult period in my life, following the loss of someone very close to me, that my health declined further. Stress had a profound effect on my body, and my symptoms became impossible to ignore.
After pushing for answers, I was eventually diagnosed with Coeliac disease, an autoimmune condition where the body reacts to gluten and damages the lining of the small intestine (the villi), affecting nutrient absorption and overall health.
Left unmanaged, coeliac disease can lead to complications such as nutrient deficiencies, osteoporosis, fertility issues, and an increased risk of certain cancers, something that made me completely reassess how I approached my health and lifestyle.
This diagnosis became a turning point.
I began to understand that health isn’t just about what we eat, it’s about how we live, how we cope with stress, how we support our bodies, and how the gut is connected to everything.
A few years later, I experienced another deeply personal loss, the passing of a young beautiful teenage girl who was a big part of both mine and my daughter’s life. This brought a new wave of emotional challenges, including anxiety, overwhelm, and periods of feeling low, often without others noticing.
Like many women, I became very good at carrying things quietly. But this is where my purpose truly began to take shape.
I realised how many women are silently struggling, feeling off, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, yet still showing up every day without the support they need, and I knew I didn’t want anyone to feel that way alone.
Alongside my personal journey, I’ve also spent over a decade working closely with women through my skincare business. During this time, I saw first-hand how common it was for skin concerns to be linked to much deeper imbalances, whether that was weight, stress, hormonal changes, gut health, or lifestyle factors.
Clients would come to me for their skin, but it was clear that what they were experiencing went far beyond the surface. This is what led me to look deeper.
I realised that in order to truly help women feel confident in their skin and themselves, I needed to go beyond treatments and products and start supporting the root causes.
My Approach
Today, my work is about helping women gently reconnect with their health without extremes, confusion, or pressure.
I take a whole-body approach, looking at:
hormones
gut health
stress and nervous system
lifestyle and daily habits
Because true wellbeing isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about creating a way of living that actually supports you.
A space for you
Healing Her Softly was created to be a space where you feel supported, understood, and guided, especially if you’ve been trying to figure things out on your own for a long time.
You don’t need to have it all worked out. You don’t need to do it perfectly. You just need the right support.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support you.
